Mr. Obama's Inner Rhetoric

Posted by Charles Obama politics republicans democrats president Politics
Again, my son Henry, in his own words:   If there was ever a time to speak my mind, Then the time is now, and all mine, primetime, I've primed my mind, my verbage mixed, My thoughts picked from Plato's list, And diction so crisp fiction will cease to exist Not here to play games, name names, I'm here for Hope and Change You know my race So now turn the page In constant war, foreign and domestic Hectic, every mornin' injected With 'experts' infested in problematic

REPUBLICANS SET, OBAMA SPIKES… AMERICANS LOSE!

Posted by NealR Politics The Independent Perspective republican candidates politics Opinion Obama Nuzcom Neal

It was the first big weekend of the campaign between the Fox News Debate on Thursday, the Straw Poll on Saturday, the entrance of Gov. Rick Perry and the exit of Gov. Tim Pawlenty.  I've already reviewed the prospects of Perry and the perils of Pawlenty, but let's review the results of the weekend.

Political Posturing Without a Spine

Trumped

You're fired.  Remember Donald Trump, the multi-billionaire turned Sherlock Holmes? [Watson was fired] I barely remember him either, why is that? Wasn't Trump thinking about running for President of the United States? What happened to all the publicity Trump was receiving from the national media? Gone, like 26.8% of my check.  Remember when Trump was on a crusade to prove President Barack Obama was not born in the U.S.?

The Debt Ceiling: An American Family Crisis

Sure, the United States has lead the American people by example and now it is in a pickle. The credit card bills are piling up and her credit score is about to fall and her parents (the President and Legislation) are trying to figure out how to pay the bills. Like so many households, the pressure is on as they look for a solution.
